if it was realistic, the guy would have died during the L.A. part and there’d be no movie.
characters unrealistically surviving disaster has been what all action movies are made of. if these movies WERE realistic like you guys seem to want, bruce willis would’ve died in all of the die hard movies, james bond would have died in one of the first sequels, and indiana jones would’ve died before they even made a sequel.

why is almost every review being over critical of 2012 the action is brillant and who really watches a disaster movie for the story? do your self a favour and see it turn off for 2 hours and 30 mints you will enjoy it!!!

Once I found out Roland Emmerich was directing this movie I knew it would be crap! The guy’s easily the most over rated director in Hollywood, he just gets the big projects because he’s Hollywood’s propaganda butt boy! He always has to throw in all the totally unnecessary politically correct anti-white male BS! The guy couldn’t make a decent movie to save his ass without special effects! Michael Bay is a far better action director!
